Over course of a busy day you’ll discover the techniques of slab and stick furniture making. Working completely by hand, with axe, drawknife, spokeshave, planes, brace & augers, we’ll guide you through the process, right from cleaving the still-green tree into legs, carving the seat & carefully shaping the flowing curves of a unique, beautiful & sturdy stool.: Somewhere to sit down by the end of it all!
